Description

The C15 Camera Cage for Nikon Z6 and Z7 from YELANGU comes with a top handle, baseplate, and pair of 9.8″ 15mm rods. The top handle screws onto the cage and can be adjusted back and forth after loosening a thumbwheel, and it offers a shoe mount for attaching a light, mic, or other accessory. The cage has another shoe mount, built-in on the side, for attaching one more accessory, and both the top handle and cage provide 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes for yet more add-ons for a comprehensive workflow.

An Arca-Swiss standard plate is integrated on the bottom of the cage. Via this plate, the cage attaches to the baseplate by quick release and can likewise be mounted directly on other Arca-Swiss supports. Additionally, there are 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 tripod mount threads on the bottom of the integrated plate, allowing for direct mounting on virtually all tripods. Plus, both types of tripod mounts are also available on the baseplate so that the entire rig can be attached to a tripod. The Arca-Swiss plate is also designed with a safety release lock to keep the camera from slipping out, and the camera mounting platform of the cage is rubber-padded to prevent twisting and scratching of the camera.

The cage allows access to all ports, controls, and slots of the camera. The baseplate includes a 15mm LWS rod mount where the included rods can be inserted to support a matte box, follow focus, and other gear.
